Yet more and more delays. Is this upgrade planned at all of just hoping for the best?
This is just silly, it's always a new excuse, more delays, more failure more GTC wasted. I appreciate you'll encounter problems but these should be forseen. I'm fed up of reading it should be back tonight or early the next day and it's down again for another half day. I don't think you should promise things because it doesn't get delivered within the time you mention.
You know when I get my GTC I pay for 30 days, not 29, 28 or 27 but 30. I've lost 3 days of my time so far...I trust I'll be compensated? Or will I have to lose the time that I pay for?

Coming from someone who learing to code, some problems with patchs cant aways been seen till you have 10k + people running the program.
Yes theres still bugs there working on it, this is still the best MMO out there imo, and this is what you have to pay sometimes for such a good game(there trying new content that has not been done before), if EA was running eve we still would not 90% of the content that we have in game now.
I understand what you're saying but I pay for DT when I want to use the game but cannot.
An apology for inconvienience doesn't do much for me! Showing that I'm a valued paying customer does.
If problems cannot be forseen as you said, then it shouldn't be said it will be back tonight then it's still down 12 hours later. That's what winds people up....people who pay.

To those who say they wouldn't complain.
What if the DT was for 5 days...7 days? At which point would you complain because you bloody would eventually.
What does it take a week...two? So don't pretend you wouldn't complain.
By the way why are you talking like "b4" that's just annoying.

If the downtime extended for more than a day, I'd be complaining. Anything less than that is irritating, but not necessarily worth wasting time *****ing about it. I think most people are having a major problem with the whole "no notice" issue, which is excruciatingly annoying in more than a few ways, not to mention totally understandable. My complaint resides with the same issue, and it's important that that is understood by both naysayers like you and CCP themselves.
Prehaps you should read my previous posts before calling me names. I already said about the "no notice" issue.

After the patch i get the no internet connection/wrong port number/server down message.
Wtf do i do?
